Every chain starts with a genesis block. This is ours.
NODE — the Network of Decentralized Engineers — was inaugurated during BMSIT&M's Silver Jubilee celebrations. The club was launched by our Principal, Dr. Sanjay H.A, and Dr. Vishwa Kiran S, Head of the Department of Computer Science and Business Systems.
Our chief guest was Raj Vikramaditya — Striver — who built takeUforward and was previously at Google, Amazon and Media.net. He joined our Vice President on stage for a conversation with the students.
2. Why NODE exists
Most students with an idea don't lack resources. They lack the people to build it with. NODE is that room: a place to find collaborators, learn the systems underneath Web3, and ship real work.
- Open-source DApps, protocols and infrastructure tools on public GitHub repos
- A six-phase semester curriculum, from cryptography basics to shipping on a testnet
- Teams that represent BMSIT&M at national hackathons

NODE is an engineering club. We don't trade, speculate on tokens or give investment advice. We build.
